Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

  • DHL

Carrier selection is determined based on shipping destination, package size, and fulfillment availability.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Headstrong Men LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. Customers may also contact us for assistance in filing carrier claims when applicable.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment. If an order has not yet shipped, customers should contact us immediately to request address corrections.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Preorders & Limited Drops

For preorder items or limited-release collections, estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page. Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items in the order are available.
